Trailer
Overview
In 2001, Lenny Cooke was the top high school basketball sensation in the nation, ranking higher than future legends like LeBron James, Amar’e Stoudemire, and Carmelo Anthony. Fast forward ten years, and he hasn’t logged even a minute in the NBA. This quintessentially American documentary, crafted by the filmmaking duo Joshua and Benny Safdie, delves into the unachieved dreams of a man whose potential stardom always seemed just a step away.
