Louise Wimmer

In this minimalist debut reminiscent of the Dardenne brothers, Louise Wimmer, the middle-aged protagonist played by Masiero, faces a dire situation. She oscillates between sleeping in her car and a storage unit, juggling a part-time role as a hotel chambermaid, while persistently seeking public housing. Her life teeters on the edge of collapse, struggling to make ends meet just a few Euros above destitution. Watch Louise Wimmer online.
