Main Krishna Hoon

Rescued from floodwaters by the compassionate caretakers Kantaben and Nattubhai, a baby boy is taken in by a modest orphanage and given the name Krishna. His discovery strikingly parallels the tale of the deity Lord Krishna, who was similarly fostered by adoptive parents. Krishna grows up amid the warmth of the orphanage family, but as time passes, he watches his fellow orphans being adopted while he remains behind. This leaves him feeling unwanted and convinced he’ll never find a family of his own. In his solitude and despair, he visits a temple and entreats Lord Krishna for guidance. The narrative unfolds as Lord Krishna, in his mischievous ‘butter thief’ form, descends to Earth to offer companionship to young Krishna and aid him in uncovering where he truly belongs. Main Krishna Hoon (2013) beautifully portrays this spiritual journey. You can stream Main Krishna Hoon (2013) online and watch it for free here on cineby.
