With no other options, the US government deploys the secretive Mecha Shark project—a mechanical replica of the Mega Shark. Two scientists control this mechanical beast in a fierce showdown against Mega to rescue the planet. However, when mechanical malfunctions lead Mecha to target humans, the scientists are forced to maneuver Mega towards Mecha, hoping the two colossal beings will destroy each other, avoiding global calamity.
