Mighty Fine

Set in the vibrant 1970s, “Mighty Fine” tells the tale of Joe Fine (Chazz Palminteri), a magnetic and lively man who moves his family—his wife Stella (Andie MacDowell), a Holocaust survivor, and their daughters Nathalie (Jodelle Ferland) and Maddie (Rainey Qualley)—from Brooklyn to New Orleans in pursuit of a better lifestyle. Despite Joe’s lively spirit, his reckless spending habits clash with the harsh truth of his apparel business teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, a reality he stubbornly ignores. Crafted by Debbie Goodstein, the film is narrated through the eyes of an adult Nathalie reflecting on her formative years, drawing inspiration from Goodstein’s own childhood memories with her father. Mighty Fine captures the essence of reconciling with one’s past as a means to forge a brighter future. Watch Mighty Fine free online!
