Ombis: Alien Invasion

In the serene and rustic village of Metzburgh, once a bustling industrial hub, remnants of its former glory have vanished following the collapse of Metzburgh Grain. Teenagers Mark Lowe and his ex-girlfriend Lucy Greenheart are caught in a tense argument when a meteorite suddenly descends on their tranquil community. Glen, a former grain silo worker who fell into homelessness post-collapse, accidentally becomes involved with the crash. Unaware of the lurking danger, he approaches the meteorite too closely, and is exposed to a hazardous chemical known as Ombis, which begins transforming his insides into a slimy goo. In desperation, Glen stumbles into the road, where Mark and Lucy encounter him and rush him to the town’s sole physician, Doctor D. The horrific find leaves them no choice but to alert local Sheriff Thomas Brackett.
