On the Third Day

When a school headmaster and his wife come home, they discover that a part of their window pane has been carefully removed. As they investigate their home for anything stolen, they stumble upon a young man seated in one of their rooms, though their phone remains inoperative. The young man, while exhibiting peculiar yet courteous behavior, claims to have arrived from Australia and was acquainted with a former friend of the headmaster. His extensive personal knowledge about the family lends credibility to his narrative. However, there’s more beneath the surface, as he reveals a sinister side—engaging in exaggerated “pranks,” brandishing a gun, and participating in a violently bloody boxing match.
