One Man’s Journey

Dr. Eli Watt, a widower feeling like a failure after his unfulfilled aspirations in New York, relocates to a quaint town. He takes on the responsibility of raising his son, Jimmy, along with Letty, an infant left orphaned due to her mother’s passing during childbirth and her father’s subsequent abandonment. Dr. Watt aspires to return to research work, yet various obstacles such as outbreaks, family obligations, and often thankless patient care consistently hinder his dreams. Over time, however, he realizes that his journey is far from over and his life has more meaning than he initially perceived.
