Outside the Box

In “Outside the Box (2015),” Frederick Schopner, a budding management consultant, is offered a chance to join a unique team-building exercise. Set on an outdoor obstacle course, participants are evaluated on their leadership and teamwork skills through video monitoring. The twist involves hiring two aging actors to “kidnap” the consultants using fake weapons, holding them hostage, and demanding a hefty ransom from the company. With a focus on realism and entertainment, the event takes an unexpected turn when the actors decide to execute the plan for real, using actual weapons. As this unfolds, Vanessa from Human Resources watches every detail through video feeds, striving to prevent the hostage situation from spiraling out of control. Watch “Outside the Box (2015)” here.
