Paulie

Paulie, a highly intelligent parrot with the remarkable ability to actually talk, shares his journey with a Russian immigrant janitor at the research institute where he’s been sadly neglected. The tale commences years earlier when Paulie is given to a young girl who stutters, aiding her in overcoming her speech challenge. However, her father removes Paulie from her life, fearing that her belief in his speech blurs the lines between reality and fantasy.
