Quiet Cool

In a remote and densely wooded region of Northern California, the illegal cultivation of marijuana empowers growers to control entire communities through intimidation and wealth. The gripping narrative follows a bold New York police officer determined to liberate one such town from the oppressive rule of these drug lords. The story kicks off with a surveyor leading the town’s corrupt sheriff to a newly discovered marijuana patch, only to be killed before reaching the spot. A young boy named Joshua witnesses the murder and desperately tries to inform his parents, but he is brutally thwarted when the criminals murder his family and throw him off a cliff. Concerned about her missing family, Joshua’s aunt reaches out to Joe Dillon, a New York cop and former love interest, to look into the situation. The local sheriff, unhappy with Joe’s presence, warns him to keep away, but Dillon refuses to back down, sparking action-packed events.
