Overview
In “Red River Range” (1938), the Cattlemen’s Association enlists the Mesquiteers to track down cattle thieves threatening their livelihood. The group devises a clever plan where Tex Riley pretends to be Stony, allowing the real Stony to infiltrate the rustler gang by posing as an infamous outlaw. This strategy enables Stony to tip off Tucson and Lullaby about the gang’s upcoming theft.
