Ronda nocturna

The narrative unfolds over the course of a night turning into day, following Victor, a street hustler navigating the Santa Fe and Pueyrredón areas in Buenos Aires. From the evening of November 1, also known as All Saints Day, until the morning of November 2, All Souls Day, Victor embarks on a journey filled with encounters. He moves from clients to friends, visiting a gay gym, a hotel room, and an all-night café. Amidst all this, he plays pick-up soccer with local children, while observing parents rummaging through trash or waiting in parks, reflecting a landscape of endurance and survival. A vendor gifts him a chrysanthemum, and an ominous presence seems to trail him on the streets, where danger seems ever-present. The film asks the haunting question: Will Victor make it until dawn?
