Bakuman

Moritaka Mashiro, a junior high student leading an average life, is encouraged by his classmate Akito Takagi to pursue a career as a mangaka after recognizing Moritaka’s inherent artistic abilities. However, Moritaka hesitates to chase this dream because his uncle, a former mangaka with published works, tragically passed away due to overwork while trying to reclaim his lost fame. With Akito’s support, they enlist the help of their classmate and Moritaka’s crush, Azuki Miho, who dreams of being a voice actress and promises to lend her voice to the future anime adaptation of their manga. Furthermore, Mashiro confesses to Azuki, who surprisingly agrees, on the condition that they will marry once both have achieved their ambitions. Determined and set on his newly defined path, Mashiro embarks on the challenging journey to become a renowned mangaka. Watch Bakuman (2010)!
