Bored to Death

Jonathan Ames, a budding writer living in Brooklyn, is struggling. He’s recently been through a tough breakup, partly due to his drinking habits, and finds himself stuck on his second novel while frequently partying with his magazine editor. To avoid facing these issues head-on, Jonathan delves into his imaginative world by taking on a side gig as a private detective, aiming to become the hero and man of action he yearns to be.
