Overview

“Las Vegas,” the acclaimed television series, aired on NBC from September 22, 2003, to February 15, 2008. It revolves around a dedicated team managing various complexities at the fictional Montecito Resort & Casino, from valet services and restaurant oversight to maintaining robust casino security. Initially slated for Monday evenings, NBC shifted the show’s schedule to Friday nights, with time slots evolving from 9 PM Eastern/8 PM Central to 10 PM Eastern/9 PM Central. After a successful syndication run that concluded in July 2013, it was eventually relegated to early morning before being removed from TNT’s schedule. The storyline originally followed Ed Deline, an ex-CIA officer who transitioned from Head of Security to President of Operations at the Montecito, overseeing daily casino operations. His exit in Season 5 paved the way for Danny McCoy, a former Marine and Ed’s protégé, to step into the leadership role. Unfortunately, the show concluded with an unresolved cliffhanger after NBC canceled it post-Season 5.
