Plastic Memories

Following an unsuccessful attempt at his college entrance exams, 18-year-old Tsukasa Mizugaki lands a job at the prestigious SAI Corporation, a company famed for creating and overseeing Giftia, advanced androids with real human emotions. Tsukasa’s role is within the terminal service department, where his primary duty is to retrieve Giftias nearing the end of their operational lifespan—a task that many consider as equivalent to a department of no return. Adding to his challenges, Tsukasa is paired with Isla, a female Giftia typically assigned mundane tasks like serving tea. It’s intriguing.
