Sordid Lives

In “Sordid Lives,” a quirky family from a small Texas town comes together to prepare for the matriarch’s funeral. The story hilariously unravels with a grandson seeking his identity in West Hollywood, a son who has embraced life dressed as Tammy Wynette for over two decades, and a sister living alongside her best friend in charmingly eccentric homes. The two daughters add contrast with one being uptight and the other more carefree. Sordid Lives (2000) is available to stream now.
