Splendor

“Splendor” revolves around the tale of an old cinema, a treasured legacy managed by Jordan (Mastroianni), who took up its mantle from his father. The theater, though filled with nostalgic charm, is plagued by decay and financial burdens. Despite this challenge, Jordan’s determination to preserve the Splendor is buoyed by the loyal support of projectionist Luigi (Troisi) and usherette Chantale (Vlady). Ultimately, Jordan succumbs to the pressing financial strain, reluctantly selling the theater to businessman Lo Fazio (Piperno), who has plans to convert it into a furniture store.
