The USS Newark, a submarine with a classified experimental military load, has been missing in the ocean for almost two months. When it is finally located sixty miles from California’s coast, the government quickly organizes an elite salvage crew to retrieve the missing cargo. Joining them is Dr. Carly Ryan, who led the original project, along with her assistant, to uncover the mystery behind the sub’s vanishing.
