The 4th Floor

A young woman relocates to an apartment she inherits after her grandmother’s mysterious accidental death there. She quickly encounters bizarre neighbors and begins to feel threatened when rats and flies swarm her living space. The curious assortment of neighbors makes her uneasy, and it’s unclear who might be out to harm her. While everyone advises her to avoid the upstairs neighbor, he’s the only one who displays any courtesy. Despite being told the downstairs neighbor is an 80-year-old woman, the floor vibrates with intense hammering when furniture is moved. Initially friendly, another neighbor starts acting intrusive and menacing over time. Even her weatherman boyfriend, who wanted her to live with him instead, cannot be dismissed as a suspect.
