The Christmas Contract

Jolie, a skilled web designer, returns to her hometown in Louisiana for the first time since her heartbreaking split with Foster. She dreads seeing him, especially since their parents collaborate annually at the Christmas Market, making their encounter unavoidable. To complicate matters, Foster is bringing his new girlfriend along, which makes Jolie uncomfortable at the thought of facing them alone. Her best friend, Naomi, proposes an idea: why not accompany her unreliable brother, Jack, for the holiday season, since he has no plans anyway? Despite her reservations, Naomi, an astute lawyer, devises a Christmas contract to benefit both parties—providing Jolie with a companion during awkward interactions with her ex, while offering Jack a website to promote his forthcoming novel. Little do they realize that this Christmas contract will unexpectedly evolve into something significantly more rewarding than initially anticipated.
