The Encampments

On the grounds of Columbia University, students have gathered en masse to establish the Gaza Solidarity Encampment, aiming to compel their institution to withdraw investments from American and Israeli arms manufacturers. THE ENCAMPMENTS chronicles the journey of the encampment’s key organizers as they navigate intense public attention, confront police aggression, deal with suspensions, endure congressional scrutiny, and manage a media frenzy, all while relentlessly pursuing their divestment objectives.
