The Gathering

In “The Gathering” (2003), we follow Cassie Grant, portrayed by Christina Ricci, an American youth wandering through the English countryside on foot. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she is struck by a car near Ashby Wake, driven by Mrs. Marion Kirkman, played by Kerry Fox. After being rushed to a hospital, it is confirmed that Cassie has escaped with mere scratches, without even a concussion. However, she faces a significant hurdle: the accident has erased her memory, leaving her aware only of her name and nationality, with no recollection of her hometown, family, or reason for traveling to England.
