The Great Gilly Hopkins

Twelve-year-old Gilly, known for her sharp tongue and gum-chewing habit, has become infamous within the foster care system. Her rebellious nature has led her to move from one family to another, each time outsmarting them with ease. After all, why would she want to find a permanent home when her glamorous mother, Courtney, might still be waiting for her somewhere out there? However, when she arrives at the Trotter household, the quirkiest family she’s encountered yet, Gilly has no intention of staying. Nevertheless, the warm-hearted and persistent Maime Trotter refuses to give up on her so easily. The Great Gilly Hopkins is available to stream right here.
