The Lesser Evil

Two decades ago, four young men ventured to the town’s remote quarry with a pack of beers and a loaded firearm. By the day’s close, the beer had been drunk, the handgun was out of bullets, and a stranger was found dead at the quarry’s depths. Today, these friends reunite, faced with a new police probe and grappling with old guilt over their past deeds.
