The Mighty Quinn

Police Chief Xavier Quinn finds himself in the midst of a grim investigation following the brutal murder of Donald Pater, a wealthy resident of a Caribbean island, who was discovered decapitated in his Jacuzzi. Despite assertions from the corrupt Governor Chalk and the local political figures that the suspect is the petty thief Maubee, Chief Quinn harbors skepticism about these claims. This uncertainty stems from Quinn’s long-standing friendship with Maubee dating back to their childhood, which adds a layer of complexity to the investigation.
