The Wanted 18

Through the creative use of stop-motion animation, illustrations, and interviews, filmmakers Amer Shomali and Paul Cowan bring to life a remarkable true tale from the First Palestinian Intifada. The story revolves around the Israeli military’s surprising pursuit of eighteen cows, whose unsanctioned milk production at a Palestinian communal farm was considered a “threat to the national security of the state of Israel.” You can watch The Wanted 18 (2014) right here.
