Witless Protection

In a narrative set in a quaint rural town, the local sheriff becomes convinced that he has stumbled upon a kidnapping and makes a daring attempt to rescue the woman he believes is in danger. However, the supposed kidnappers are actually FBI agents whose mission is to keep her safe and bring her to testify in a significant corruption trial in Chicago, reminiscent of the Enron scandal. As the plot unfolds, it’s revealed that these agents are corrupt and plan to eliminate her instead. Witless Protection (2008) is a captivating comedy-thriller combining action with witty twists.
