Yoga Class

After losing her job due to her looks, the self-assured and passionate Hyo-jung discovers a peculiar yoga institute led by a former actress, a place recommended by her drastically transformed friend. During this intensive program, a youthful yoga instructor named Nani informs Hyo-jung and four other participants that the key to eternal beauty will be granted only to the one who best completes the course. This involves adhering strictly to five rules over a week: abstain from eating, avoid showering for an hour post-class, steer clear of mirrors, remain inside the building, and refrain from contacting others. As the training progresses, the women wrestle with the urge to defy these rules, driven by their deep-seated desires, while Hyo-jung begins to suspect the nature of the institute and the ageless actress leading it.
